All booth spaces are 15X15. If you require more space you MUST rent additional spaces to accommodate your size requirements.

WITH Electricity ($75 per space)

Please note that there is a $25 late fee for those who apply or pay registration fees after November 1st. All vendor spaces include 2 weekend passes for booth workers. Additional passes may be purchased for a nominal fee.

Additional Weekend Passes ($3 each)

Passes are for booth attendants ONLY. 2 passes are included with rental of booth space, all additional passes must be purchased.

By accepting the agreement, the undersigned does hereby and forever discharge Liendo Plantation, its agents, employees, officers and directors, as well as spectators, sutlers, crafters and their re-enactor participants from all mannerr of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law and equity, for any injury to the undersigned, or property damage to the undersigns property, while in the possession, supervision, or auspices of the Civil War Weekend, Liendo, it’s agents, representatives and employees. *
